God is Going to Bring You There, Joyfully! - #27
Your future joyful arrival to your promised blessings is beyond anything you can now imagine! Here's three mighty truths, ideas, and strategies to help you prepare!
I seek to practice what I preach.
This means that if I feel called to write about something else than I had planned, I will make space for that call.
I was going to write more about Christlike clarity today.
After all, I really enjoyed writing last week’s post about cultivating Christlike clarity.
However, God’s infinite ability to bring us joyfully to His blessings is what my soul feels called to write about tonight, so we are diving into it.
When it comes to the destination that the rivers of my consciousness want to flow to right now - this is it. There is no need to search for it - I have found it.
I will return to finishing my second post about Christlike clarity when it is time.
When it is time, I know it will be waiting for me, with open arms.
For now, I dive deep into my soul’s call.
I have learned to YIELD to these little inclinations and promptings - so I am doing so - and I am doing so with all my heart, mind, and soul.
Today we’ll talk about these three things in line with this important topic:
God is a Promise-Keeper
Treasuring What God Has Given You
Resting in His Divine Clarity
Before we get into that…
If this email was forwarded to you, please consider subscribing to YIELD Deeply.
I am working to make this the best newsletter it can possibly be, and your help would be greatly appreciated in this endeavor.
Also…
We Passed 200 Subscribers!! 🥳
In the last month the newsletter has gotten over 50 new subscribers.
Yes, a majority of these are from people that I meet as I am out and about and go and do my thing… but still… that’s pretty BONKERS right? To me, it’s PROOF that God is moving, and that even bigger things are coming.
I am grateful for every single one of you reading this.
I know that God has bigger plans, and I treasure that we got to meet, or that our paths have crossed in some other way, etc. and now you’re reading this.
I really do intend to do all I can to help out those who are helping me build this.
Subscribers get demos of books, trainings, sneak peeks at other projects, and plenty of other things I haven’t even thought of yet. It’s only going to get better.
Thank you SO much for your support! I’m SO excited for the future of this. 🥳
With that taken care of, let’s dive in. 🤿
1. God Keeps His Promises
God keeps His word.
When Jesus was tempted by the devil for 40 days, prior to really starting His ministry, He fought back by simply using the scriptures.
The most interesting thing about this to me is that He used scriptures that were right in line with each of His current temptations.
If temptation is the question, then trusting in God’s word is the glorious answer.
In the scriptures we find answers… answers to our most pressing questions of all kinds.
In the scriptures we find answers… answers to help really refine our souls.
In the scriptures we find answers… answers to calm our minds in troubled waters.
Committing these answers to memory is one of the best things you can do.
Hebrews 4:12 gives us a one-verse masterclass on the power of the scriptures,
“Quick and powerful”
“Sharper than any two-edged sword”
“Dividing even to the asunder of soul and spirit”
“Is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart”
Isn’t it obvious that the devil wouldn’t want you or I to know the scriptures?
Indeed, for in spending time with the Lord you start to see everything differently.
You start to see things as they really are, and this is a BIG step towards becoming a lethally-sharp instrument for the Lord to use for His holy, mighty, and glorious purposes. (Isaiah 49:2 is a great cross-reference if you’d like more on this)
Let’s dive quickly into Joshua 1:8 as well, just for fun.
It was one of the first scriptures I memorized, back in high school.
“Thou shalt meditate therein day and night”
“That thou mayest observe to do according to all that is written therein”
“For then thou shalt make thy way prosperous, and thou shalt have good success.”
It literally says that in just thinking about the scriptures it’ll lead you to do according to what is written, and you’ll make your way prosperous, and have good success.
UM YES…. THAT’S SUPER COOL!
Can I get an amen? 😂
Seriously though, this is some GOOD STUFF.
The devil doesn’t want you to have any of this.
This is the kind of stuff that unlimits you and changes everything about your future.
I really don’t think it needs to be more complicated than this.
With three different, very specific temptations, the devil tempted Jesus.
With three different, very specific temptations, the devil did NOT succeed.
Thinking about the scriptures, spending time in them, and speaking them…
SHEESH. That’s when you are REALLY speaking some good stuff out there.
Jesus sets the perfect example here. He was tired, hungry, and pained.
He spoke from the scriptures in the face of temptation, and the devil had to yield.
“Turn the rocks into bread” - Matthew 4:3
Jesus’ Response - “…It is written, Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word that proceedeth out of the mouth of God”. - Matthew 4:4
“Cast thyself down from a high platform” - Matthew 4:6
Jesus’ Response - “It is written… Thou shalt not tempt the Lord thy God.” - Matthew 4:7
“I will give you all my kingdoms if you worship me” - Matthew 4:9
Jesus’ Response - “It is written, Thou shalt worship the Lord thy God, and him only shalt thou serve.” - Matthew 4:10
It gets crazier.
Satan doesn’t just try to get Jesus to satisfy his cravings in a self-serving manner…
Satan also goes straight after Christ’s divine identity.
“If thou be the Son of God…”
You see this same thing said in Matthew 4:4 and Matthew 4:6.
It’s as disgusting as it is instructive of what we must do while we are on this earth.
Here we must accept and realize two things:
The devil is going after your cravings.
The devil is going after your divine identity.
Understanding these two things makes a LOT of things make WAY more sense.
Cravings can be used for divine purposes, but they do need to be bridled.
As Ecclesiastes 3:1 says, “To everything there is a season.”
As James 1:8 says, “A double-minded man (or woman) is unstable in all his (or her) ways.”
As Luke 21:19 says, “In your patience possess ye your soul.”
The devil wants you to think that certain good desires and things God has put on your heart will never ever happen… that your faith isn’t strong enough… etc. etc.
This is very likely the reality - it’s coming, just in a later season.
You are being prepared for it right now. (See Isaiah 64:8, Isaiah 49:2, and Joshua 1:5)
It will happen in a wonderful way when it is time. (See Isaiah 60:22, Ecclesiastes 3:11)
Think of your favorite T.V. show.
Sometimes the characters need to have some developing experiences before other really cool things happen… and that process cannot be short-cutted (not a word, but we’re using it as one anyway, follow for more lol I like making new words) or skipped.
If that were to happen, it’d feel unauthentic and certainly not real.
God’s love for you is real and if He is holding blessings back and refining you more and more for them know that there is a reason (and it’s very likely many, many reasons), and the wait is 100% worth it. You can completely trust His timing.
This is why the devil is being so insistent on telling you the opposite - he’s a liar.
One discerning quote I heard that has been helpful as well for me is that, “The devil will call you by your sins, but the Lord will call you by your name.”
Thank goodness Jesus did NOT stoop down to the devil’s temptations.
He trusted in what was coming, His divine mission, and in the power of scripture.
I encourage you to do the same - because the best really is yet to come.
Here’s three words to help you next time that you are faced with the temptation that your blessings are not coming, that your journey isn’t worth it, etc. etc.
IT.
IS.
WRITTEN.
It is written.
It’s ALL over scripture.
God keeps His promises.
He does marvelous things that NO ONE ELSE can do.
He makes beauty out of ashes (Isaiah 61:3) and never forsakes us (Isaiah 42:16)
What God has prepared (and is preparing) is FAR BEYOND ANYTHING you can imagine.
We could go even deeper into this but we probably need to move to the next part of the newsletter. I get really into this stuff though because yeah it’s GOOD STUFF.
Here’s two more scriptures to chomp on real quick - more blessing popcorn!
1 Corinthians 2:9
But as it is written, Eye hath not seen, nor ear heard, neither have entered into the heart of man, the things which God hath prepared for them that love him.
Ephesians 3:20
Now unto him that is able to do exceeding abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that worketh in us…
2. Treasuring What God Has Given You
You’ve likely experienced this before, and I’m here to tell you - it’ll happen again…
Someone is treating your wonderful, gleaming treasure like absolute trash.
Perhaps you have shared something that God has done in your life with someone, and they just aren’t having it. They think you are nuts.
You’re telling them about rocket ships, and all they see is peanuts.
What you are sharing is largely of a spiritual nature…
And they are focused on the physical.
Clearly, the message isn’t really going to land as you intended… and that’s probably because it was meant just for you. If the Spirit moves you to share then do so, but there is no need to force the sharing of anything, especially sacred things.
Matthew 7:6 counsels us to not cast our pearls before swine… and that’s good advice.
You cannot get someone to change how they see you or your journey - that’s on them.
You see this as God literally bringing you closer to your blessings - and this person you shared it with sees it as a common occurrence… something that means nothing.
You know in your soul that it is something more… that it is an answer to prayer.
You still want to shout it from the rooftops… and tell everyone.
I don’t blame you, receiving answers like that from God is beyond thrilling.
It is here I recommend you apply Luke 2:19 and Matthew 26:63.
“But Mary (treasured) up all these things and pondered them in her heart.”
“But Jesus (treasured) His peace…”
I changed one word in both scriptures to help drive this point home.
Mary “kept all these things” became Mary “treasured” these things.
Jesus “held” His peace became Jesus “treasured” His peace.
I’ll just shoot this shot out there point-blank -
If you feel peace of mind in your walk with the Lord and just in life right now - you are in a VERY good spot. Two years ago I did NOT feel this, and today I 100% do.
Two years ago I was struggling to believe that I was still “okay” in God’s eyes.
Two years ago I felt that my life was doomed to just a lower-level of success.
Two years ago I felt stuck, and was listening much more to others than myself.
I learned to give my whole life to God anew, and tell Him everything.
That led to many special experiences that led to me publishing my first book in November 2023, deciding to go full-time on building this empire in February 2024, and the best is still coming.
Your direction in life is far more important than your speed.
Treasure those treasures that help you know you’re on the right track.
I’ve learned to do this and I do it now very often.
It’s led to TONS of clarity, peace of mind, and joy beyond anything I’ve ever experienced. A lot of it is untouchable stuff because I haven’t told a soul.
I know that this is all going to come together, and that my patience is being tested.
My ability to be still is being tested too, and I let go of wanting to know everything.
Instead of trying to have it all figured out, I trust He does, and I walk towards Him.
Here’s two more scriptures about treasuring the treasures that God has given you -
Joshua 1:8 -
This book of the law shall not depart out of thy mouth; but thou shalt meditate therein day and night, that thou mayest observe to do according to all that is written therein: for then thou shalt make thy way prosperous, and then thou shalt have good success.
Matthew 25:29 -
For unto every one that hath shall be given, and he shall have abundance: but from him that hath not shall be taken away even that which he hath.
There’s a LOT more I could say on these. It really does come down to how much you treasure the spiritual things that are really building up your soul.
These are the things that are going on within, that change everything without.
Again, it takes time. The best things in life take time though.
My recent podcast interview with Ken Attard goes much deeper into having an abundant mentality, trusting the process, and not rushing things.
Here’s 10 quotes from it to give you an idea of the interview:
19:00 - "Who you truly are is pure love."
19:42 - "I can't hurt you without hurting myself."
23:34 - "What matters is if you reacted or if you responded."
25:10 - "Slow down enough so you can receive inspiration."
26:04 - "It's important to ask yourself valuable questions instead of ones that are going to keep you stuck."
38:09 - "You can't have joyful a outcome without a joyful journey."
39:12 - "Take time to feel good (going along with Abraham Lincoln’s quote of doing good and feeling good) and things will change."
40:48 - “A lot of it is about making a decision and then the rest of everything comes together."
42:08 - "There are unlimited options available to you at any given time."
44:04 - "The way you are thinking is having an effect on the outside world."
This conversation for me was beyond refreshing, and I am sure I’ll listen to it many more times. It gave me a LOT of clarity in terms of our limitlessness and the need to just let go and trust the process. Just slowing down more to listen more does wonders.
I encourage you to listen to the whole interview, and also reach out to Ken if you’d like more information on what he does. He’s helping a lot of people with their mindsets.
With that, we are finally ready for the final topic for today -
3. Resting in His Divine Clarity
There is no need to stress about what God has told you will happen.
It’s going to happen, just be patient, and let the process carry you.
Keep working each day and building to becoming that person you need to be.
All the while though know that this is happening on God’s timing, not yours.
Here’s a quick story that’ll provide some illumination.
I had a goal of adding 50 new subscribers to the email newsletter list this past week.
I was feeling gutsy, full of faith, and ready to take on the world.
I talked to people as I do, and tried to do my thing.
You know how many I got?
One.
You see, God has been making it ABUNDANTLY (see, there’s that word again, it’s a good one) CLEAR to me that I am 100% OKAY and that this really is ALL going to work out. He knows the people I need to talk to and this is ALL happening His way.
As I went out and about this week, there was a part of me that felt like I had to find some people and truthfully it threw me off a bit…
This is what I am called to do as an instrument and voice for Christ - love.
As 1 Corinthians 13 says, I could have all the fancy words and speech in the world but if deep down in my heart I do not truly care about the person, it doesn’t help me.
The one person that I did meet, and is now on the list I care a great deal about.
I care about them because I feel that God cares a great deal about them.
I also see some of myself in them with their current place in life, and that’s beautiful.
They know who they are, and I wish them nothing but the best, and I am beyond stoked our paths crossed.
In the last few days the newsletter has gotten around 10 new subscribers - and yes, this is from simply trusting the process. I am going to let the process carry me, and also rest in it. I know that Christ provides abundant rest for me, and I will rest in it.
Here’s three scriptures to help drive this point home -
Matthew 11:28
Come unto me, all ye that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest.
Philippians 4:7
And the peace of God, which passeth all understanding, shall keep your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus.
John 14:27 -
Peace I leave with you, My peace I give unto you: not as the world giveth, give I unto you. Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid.
The most difficult times of my life often were associated with me not trusting the divine clarity that God had given me.
In those moments perhaps I was trying to force life, instead of letting life do its thing.
I am done with that, and that means I am resting in divine clarity.
The newsletter for today was pretty lengthy, but it was me, I put my soul into it, and I know that the newsletter is just going to get better.
I know that I am playing a LONG game.
God is playing a LONG game too.
That thought alone gives me TONS of clarity, and again, I will rejoice and rest in it.😴
Today we talked about
God is a Promise-Keeper
Treasuring What God Has Given You
Resting in His Divine Clarity
Now it’s time for…
3 Empire-Building Thoughts
These are thoughts that I have found useful for building up the empire that I am building. I have thought about making this a separate newsletter feature of its own (possibly a paid one) but for now I am just experimenting. Hope it’s helpful. :) 🏰
Close proximity to really good things is REALLY good. For me right now this is keeping books that are really inspiring to me on my desk so I can open them at ANY time. It’s in my physical environment, which augments my mental one.
Getting good at saying “no” is getting good at saying “yes” (and vice versa). When you understand your priorities better, you won’t over-commit yourself to things. You’ll be able to say “yes” to things and really mean it, and same with saying “no”.
To your Future Self, even the smallest win can be seen as a masterpiece. I’ve learned that I’ll always have more compassion on myself looking backwards than forwards. Looking backwards we have more information, and are completely unable to change what happened with that time - so we tend to be more reflective.
Case in point - I’m finishing up writing this at nearly 4 AM, and I know that’s not healthy. Even still, I feel my Future Self is cheering me on, and I am PUMPED this is out now. I can build and work on the next one…. helping me grow further.
And with that all said…
Thank you for Reading YIELD Deeply

Thanks a ton for your support, encouragement, and fellowship.
The Last Thought
1 Samuel 3:19
And Samuel grew, and the Lord was with him, and did let none of his words fall to the ground.
I know that God keeps His promises.
I know that God’s word is powerful, and is able to really dismantle Satan’s strategies.
I know that in His hands your future is more brilliant than any of us can imagine.
I know that God is aware of all the storms we are facing, and will help us stay calm.
I know that God’s mercies are more than sufficient and help us prepare for better days.
I know these things are true, through my life experiences and most importantly, the witness of the Holy Ghost, who bears witness of all truth.
I say these things in the name of Jesus Christ, amen.
